1 1/2 lbs ground beef⠀
1 green bell pepper ⠀
1/2 large red onion⠀
4oz fresh mushrooms ⠀
2 tbsps butter⠀

The SAUCE⠀
1/4 cup coconut aminos⠀
1/4 cup brown swerve ⠀
1 tsp ground ginger⠀
2 tsps sesame oil⠀
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds⠀
Red pepper flake to taste
Heat up that cast iron or Skillet ⠀
⠀
1. Slice the pepper and cut into chunks, same with the onion, add a little oil to your skillet and throw all the veggies in. Fry til just tender. Set aside on a paper plate. ⠀
2. Brown up the ground beef on med high. We cooked it til the fat was cooked out, we did not drain, add 2 tbsps of butter and mix in..⠀
2. As the ground beef is cooking, mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Wisk and let sit..⠀
3. When the ground beef is done, add the veggies and mix. Salt to taste..Turn heat to med and pour in the sauce. Mix together and cover. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes...
